At the beginning of the course, each parent will receive a beautiful handmade massage ‘goody’ bag, including sample oils, a folder for the weekly massage sequence sheets, key child development information, and tips for many common health issues
Group Classes
I cannot recommend Boo’s Held Therapies class enough – she created such a wonderfully relaxing, safe space for both the babies and the mums and I really looked forward to every class. By far my favourite class of the week! The massage techniques are brilliant and have really helped me to start to build an even stronger bond with my baby. I also really loved the open discussions each week on different aspects of childhood, parenting and motherhood. I learnt so much! Thank you, Boo, for your wisdom, generosity and kindness. I can’t wait to do another class with you!
