I cannot recommend Boo’s Held Therapies class enough – she created such a wonderfully relaxing, safe space for both the babies and the mums and I really looked forward to every class. By far my favourite class of the week! The massage techniques are brilliant and have really helped me to start to build an even stronger bond with my baby.
