Boo edi antonisen
My training began at Goldsmith’s in 2015 and combines Psychology BSc - Forensics (ongoing),
ITEC - Holistic Massage Therapies, and City & Guilds Childcare Learning & Development - Level 3 - Distinction(s).
I am fully qualified in Holistic massage including Pregnancy, Labour and Postpartum Massage and am qualified to teach Baby Massage Therapies.
As part of my CPD I am also training as a counselor using a new Psychotherapeutic approach by Dr Gabor Mate - ‘Compassionate Inquiry’ and with the Counseling Skills Network- BACP level 4, in London.
By combining these different approaches I work somatically as a therapist, focusing on the body and mind and their connection to stress/anxiety, which can be HELD in the body from birth.

I cannot recommend Boo’s Held Therapies class enough – she created such a wonderfully relaxing, safe space for both the babies and the mums and I really looked forward to every class. By far my favourite class of the week! The massage techniques are brilliant and have really helped me to start to build an even stronger bond with my baby. I also really loved the open discussions each week on different aspects of childhood, parenting and motherhood. I learnt so much! Thank you, Boo, for your wisdom, generosity and kindness. I can’t wait to do another class with you!
